2 1/2

This guy turned 2 and a half. He is a whole lot of crazy. Behind those blue eyes shine a mischievous little boy. I think he is too much to handle but maybe that's just a boy.

He still falls asleep almost anywhere. If he is ready for a nap he just goes and if it's only a minute in the car there is no more napping ALL DAY LONG!! He still loves his crib, the dayte, and his right thumb. He has pee pee'd in the potty a couple times at home but he will always go at preschool in the tiny potty.

Eating still proves to be a challenge. Chips, french fries, pasta, hot cereal, cake cakes, grilled cheese and peanut jelly roll ups are on the top of his list. No fruits, no veggies. If it's liquid he will drink it; loves my coffee, OJ, milk, water, ice tea, and soda if he can get to it before someone else!

Words and phrases are on their way. Therapy 4 times a week and preschool twice you would think he could be multi lingual by now! He loves calling for Rylee now and that melts my heart. It is the cutest word that comes out of that little mouth. He loves Tigga a Poo (Tigger and Pooh), Kackie (duckie), Keen (Lightening Mc Queen) and Melmo (Elmo)
We are getting phrases like. . . .
Where'd it go
Is all gone
There you are
There it is
In nare

He was so cute at Bryn's wedding. We were all up at the site and he walked up to the bar and this is what he got!!
We visited Disneyland a lot during the holidays and every time we went was more exciting than the last. He likes the rides and ohs and ahs at everything. Loved the parade and saying Hi to all the characters that went by and Santa at the end.

Showers are fun, drinking a peeing are a highlight . . . must have learned that from his father!!

Still my little climber. He moves the bar stools around to get whatever he needs. It still amazes me that with his climbing skills he stays put in his crib.

He is really starting to play well with Rylee. They love playing in Rylee's room or in the toy closet. Their favorite is having a tea party.
He is going to two different preschools. On Monday I drop him off (hallelujah) at Mount Olive for 2 hours. He gets to take a backpack and it is beyond cute to see him with his little Lightening Mc Queen backpack. On Friday's I take him to RBCPC, where Rylee goes, for a mommy and me class for an hour and a a half. I think the socialization will be good for his people skills and his verbal skills (let's hope)
Oh B man you get cuter and cuter by the minute. 2 1/2 to 3 will bring big changes I think and I am more than excited to see what is in store the next 6 months!!
The kid may not look like he is a handful but just spend 3 minutes with him. If he wants it he wants it and if he can't have it he fixates on it and throws a huge tantrum. When he doesn't get his way toys start flying (that's a real fun one) He has thrown anything from books to balls to a giant firetruck, and the worst part is he slings them backwards!!! No means next to nothing I'm pretty sure, becuase everytime I say it he keeps running!!
